Gutter cleaning services.

gutter

The foremost purpose of a rain gutter is to protect the building's foundation by grooving the water away from its base. Another task of it is reducing erosion, preventing leaks in basements, protecting painted or stained surfaces by decreasing exposure to water.

There are a few materials used to make rain gutters, such as PVC (and other plastics), lead, zinc, copper, painted aluminium, galvanised steel, painted steel and others.

We can help you maintain the best condition your rain gutter can be in.

When we are speaking about gutter, there are different types of guttering. We can choose between:
eaves gutters
parapet gutters
valley gutters

Eaves gutters - These are the gutters you find at the bottom edge of a sloping roof. They're usually attached to the boards with brackets, and come in all kinds of shapes and styles in either plastic or metal. For the old guttering cast-iron was often used, however modern guttering is usually plastic (although aluminium is also sometimes used).

Parapet gutters - A parapet gutter channels a flat roof between parapet walls (it means the walls that continue above the roof level by one or more courses of bricks). One of the parapet walls contains a small gap, and the roof slopes slightly towards it.

Valley gutters - This one is connected with eaves gutters and parapet ones. The junction between different sloping roofs is called a valley. Metal helps to form a watertight gutter that channels water into eaves or parapet guttering.
